Matt has a unique blend of deep technology expertise, complex project management and corporate relations experience that will allow him to successfully deliver outcomes to various customers ranging from Australian and international government agencies through to leading-edge NASDAQ technology companies.

Matt has been designing and executing complex projects and programs for government and private sector customers for over a decade. His experience ranges from projects with small budgets through to USD 50+ million and small teams through to teams of 100+ geographically dispersed staff.

Matt has experience across all elements of project delivery from concept initiation and business case development through to implementation and system sustainment. This experience has been gained both as a project manager and delivery executive, and as a technologist. This blend of experience allows Matt to transition seamlessly between communicating with senior leaders to project team members and technical experts. Matt's strategy and architecture experience includes:

Matt is an active participant in the global ICT standards ecosystem and is a member and observer of several OASIS standards committees and an active contributor to the Universal Business Language ISO Standard. In 2019, Matt co-authored a paper for the OECD entitled 'Unlocking the Digital Economy - A guide to Implementing Application Programming Interfaces in Government'.
